I feel for you with being floated to another floor. I always dread when that happens to me too. And our census has been low lately, so it happens more frequently. NOT fun. I always get lost finding simple items. I love the people on my floor and it’s just not as nice a night when I’m floated. Hopefully things will turn around soon. I had a really rough time for a while when I HATED my job. Somehow I got past that and now I actually don’t always mind going in. Except when I’m floated! Enjoy the holidays

i have used his 12 week plans many times now and LOVE them. 18 weeks is just too long for this girl. i usually do the 4 weeks of base building before hand like you mentioned too… works great for me
