I wasn't too impressed either, but mine didn't have a graham cracker crust. brilliant! Maybe, for the bakery purposes, you could bake them individually in cupcake pans?? (one marshmellow on top of each?) :) it'd definitely be harder, but they'd be so cute! I’ve made the S’mores brownies a la the box-recipe! ha. As a kid I loved campfires and toasted marshmallows.
